• They won’t install a system that is not monitored. They demand that monthly income even if you don’t want or need monitoring, and then they require a three or four year contract.
• They routinely “lock out” your system so that no other company can take over if you become unhappy with their service. It’s them or nobody.
• Their mass marketing approach most often means “high pressure sales tactics” from a sales person with limited experience.

We’ve not changed with the times. We still do it the way we did it back in 1980.  No mass marketing.  One of the owners of the Company with over 20 years experience will meet with you and design a custom system best suited to your needs.

• We’ll install your system even if you don’t want to be monitored.  You should not have to pay for monitoring if you don’t want or need it.
• We have never locked out a system. Our customers stay with us because of the way we do business, not because their system has been locked out.
